| Post- Demerger, fresh equity shares were issued in pursuance of the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 13th January, 2010. These shares were issued on 28th February, 2010 to the shareholders based on their respective shareholding as on the entitlement date of 25th February, 2010. These shares were permitted for trading by BSE & NSE w.e.f 7th April, 2010. |
