Mr. Shiv Jatia has been associated with the Company since its inception. He is an industrialist of high repute and has rich business experience especially in the hospitality industry. He holds directorships in many companies.
Mr. Jatia is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is a director of Magus Estates & Hotels Limited, a subsidiary of the Company and owning Four Seasons hotel in Mumbai. Mr. Jatia is also Chairman & Managing Director of Ascent Hotel Private Limited which owns and operates Hotel Hyatt Regency Pune.
