He has an extensive practice espacially in Conveyancing, Structuring and negotiation of Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations, Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange, Antitrust and Mercantile Laws, Project Contracts, Construction Contracts including Telecom and other Infrastructural Contracts and Financing Contracts; Specialised Corporate litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Domestic and International Arbitrations.
He has been associated with some of the most significant collaboration which have taken place in India such as IBM, Guardian Industries, Timken Company, Carrier US Joint Venture in India and recently acquisition of ACC by Holcim, Switzerland.
